The Association
of Bridal Consultants (ABC) will be hosting a meeting on Wednesday, June 8 at 10:30 am-12:30 pm at Bentley's on the Bay in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. We will have music and food provided by by Bentley's on the Bay. The cost of the meeting includes lunch.
ABC is open to
caterers, florists, wedding consultants, musicians, DJs,
photographers - you name it! For those who have not been before, we
normally have 60+ people in attendance! ABC has been hosting
networking meetings in the Panhandle of Florida since November 2008.
We are limiting
this meeting to 80 attendees.
Speaker: Stacie Francombe
Topic: “Your work in print and online: Learn how to get published from skilled
multi-platform Marketer and former Editor-in-Chief of a national wedding
publication and leading online resource”
Bio:After a successful career as a television producer, Stacie launched Get Married in 2006, growing the company into a nationally renowned wedding
planning resource byconnecting brides and advertisers through three
uniquemedia platforms - online, television and magazine.
During her
time at Get Married, Stacie developed and served as Executive Producer for
Get Married with David Tutera & Get Married with Colin Cowie, both on
Lifetime, then as the On-Air Host during its final season on WeTV &
Wedding Central.
She was the visionary behind the publication Get Married
- The Shopping & Trend guide for the Savvy Bride, serving as
Editor-in-Chief while filling a gap in the bridal market, and growing the
title into a nationally distributed quarterly magazine.
As Get
Married's Founder, Stacie was a highly sought-after public speaker and
industry insider, addressing wedding professionals and brides around the country, with guest appearances on CNN, Fox, WABC, and more.
Stacie
also developed and hosted the successful web series Get Married in Times
Square, planning and hosting the first-of-its-kind wedding event on New
Years Eve 2010. Having sold the company, and after much soul searching, in
February of 2011, Stacie stepped down as Editor-in-Chief to pursue new business ventures.
Currently, Stacie is busier than ever being a strong female entrepreneur again: she recently launched her mentoring program for small business owners to consult with them on all things business related called Inspire Smart Success (
www.inspiresmartsuccess.com) and
is hosting the ISS Experience all over the country. She
is also working with production companies on new television concepts both from a hosting perspective and Executive Producer perspective, and if that's
not enough, one of the most exciting projects she has started is writing a
book due out in a couple of months!

to back and forth. There are are annual dues of $225 for wedding
vendors and $185 for novice wedding consultants and $265 for wedding
consultants (this membership level is based on your educational credits
